These terms apply to the Kivunly hosted chat service ("the Service"), used together with the Kivunly WordPress plugin. By using a site key issued by Kivunly, you agree to these terms.
Kivunly provides an AI chat widget that answers website visitors' questions with links to the website's own public content. The WordPress plugin itself is free software licensed under the GPL; these terms cover the hosted AI backend that the plugin connects to.
The Service is currently in beta and provided free of charge. It is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features, limits and these terms may change as the Service evolves; if paid plans are introduced, they will not begin without your explicit agreement.
We may suspend keys that are abused or that materially exceed fair usage limits, and will contact you when possible before doing so.
Replies are generated automatically by an AI model from your website's public content. They may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is not a source of professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and you should not present it as one.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kivunly's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim — which, during the free beta, is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
